There are a few worlds I’m a part of that unless you are too you really only know what’s on the news. And that’s not good enough. A main one is the World Of the Missing (W.O.M.). It’s what most people involved call the club you never wanna join, and never can leave. You know what a missing person is. You see only the highest profile cases on the news. For every one case on the news, theres over a hundred trying to get someone to take notice and help. I hope to help, somehow, someway.

Below is a list of missing person organizations (non-profit, cuz’ that’s the way it should be.). Understand, in June 2010 my life got twisted up. My beautiful mother disappeared. I spent every second I could from that day until October 14, 2011 looking for her. Her remains were recovered by police 10 days after my husband returned from a year long deployment (rough year is the understatement of all things).. I have met and am friends with some amazing people who are still to this day looking for their loved one. Until they all are found, I won’t stop.

IF YOU HAVE A MISSING LOVED ONE AND HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING FOR CASE ASSISTANCE! This is not a complete list, but ones I have used, or close friends have, successfully.

BEWARE OF WHO  YOU GO THROUGH! SADLY THERE ARE BAD PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS. THESE SITES I HAVE USED OR KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN USED AND ARE VALID ORGANIZATIONS. AS WITH ANYTHING IN LIFE, BE AWARE, BE SMART, BE SAFE.
